Q: Can I have a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, you can. We sell samples for testing and approval. The cost difference will be returned when you place the bulk order.

A: We use color pantone codes for precise color matching. Please provide us with the pantone color code. If you don’t have one, we can recommend popular colors for your reference.
Q: Do you provide OEM R&D services?
A: Yes, OEM orders are always welcome. We have sufficient experience in OEM services.
Q: Can we have our own logo and company name printed on the products or package?
A: Yes, it is a reasonable requirement. We can print or use stickers to customize the products and package with your logo and company name.
Q: What’s your payment term?
